I spent my life in the gym with decent results. The difference I have found between the gym and CrossFit is the gym can get you big but it does nothing for your power and stamina. Power comes from the core and core is CrossFit… Besides, look at the list of testimonials…just like the other armed services, watch what the Marines do and try to duplicate it! For all the runners out there CrossFit has something for you. I ran 0 miles the six weeks preceding my 8th ½ marathon, I only trained Crossfit. I finished in 1:56:16.
